Sosa Ingredients, S.L. is one of the leading manufacturers of premium ingredients for gastronomy and pastry in Spain.

The company started out in 1967 as a family business producing artisan biscuits and traditional Catalan Christmas products. In the 1970s, Sosa introduced ingredients for ice cream, which have been amplified during the 1980s into an exquisite product line for the ice cream production. In 2000, the company started producing ingredients for gastronomy and pastry with the introduction of nuts.

Its aim is to support chefs around the world to make the impossible possible. Later on, other products were added, such as freeze-dried fruits, texturizers, natural plant extracts, essential oils and many more. Sosa Ingredients products are developed following four gastronomy pillars: more texture, more flavour, less fat and sugars.

With Sosa Ingredients, all sweet or savoury dreams are now possible. Its main goal in the future is to constantly increase and improve the product lines, while focusing on the highest technology and innovation. Sosa is currently exporting to over 80 countries.
